How to Write SEO Articles along with Keywords – 1
No one is an expert in SEO writing. However there are certain tricks which can ensure you become a good SEO copywriter. These simple tricks will ensure that your article is optimized and search engine friendly. You must already have heard about Keyword density and its use in the Meta description and so on. I am going to discuss all the points at one place
First we take up keyword density. But what exactly is KW density? It is the number of times a keyword gets mentioned in the article or a particular page. By knowing the number of KW’s in a page one can determine how optimized the page is for the search engine.
The going norm for KW density is 1% to 4%, neither more nor less. Anything less will not be picked up by the search engine and more than 4% will be deemed keyword stuffing. However in my personal opinion, the keyword must be in between 1% to 3% to be on the safer side. The keywords must not look out of place in the article and must look as a part of natural flow of article. Do not stuff it in sentences just for the sake of having the requisite percentage of keywords.
One of the most important exercises one must do is KW research. To rank the Keyword one can take the aid of Google Ad-words Tool. One must also check keyword competition and try to write unique content which is not available in any competitor’s site. Google algorithms are getting smarter and can sniff out ordinary or repetitive contents. It even comes down heavily on ideas and concepts that are rephrased and uploaded just for the sake of increasing numbers of articles. I will dwell in greater details in my next write up about how to write unique contents.
